You own the business data you put into StorePilot. We process it to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability
StorePilot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work hard to keep it running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and features may change over time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, StorePilot and its developer are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Please keep your own records of critical business information.
Account termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or misuse the Service.
